ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12951 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A PREQUALIFICATION <br /> QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE JEFFERSON AVENUE <br /> UNDERPASS PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR RESPONSES THERETO <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a prequalification questionnaire inviting proposals from <br />prospective bidders for the Jefferson Avenue Underpass Project, Redwood City, <br />California, has been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise the invitation to prospective <br /> <br />bidders to submit responses to the prequalification questionnaire; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain document entitled, "Prequalification of Bidders for the <br />Jefferson Avenue Underpass Project - City of Redwood City," prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br />document is on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
