O R I G I N A L 11/4/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12948 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING GRANT OF <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> <br /> (Kaufman & Broad-South Bay, Inc.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kaufman & Broad-South Bay, Inc. (Kaufman & Broad) has <br />undertaken the development of the subdivision known as the California Harbor <br />Court; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the development of California Harbor <br />Court, Kaufman & Broad intends to construct docks for the exclusive benefits of <br />some of California Harbor Court lot owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, some of the docks, as designed, will encroach upon the <br />waterway owned by the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to grant Kaufman & Broad an encroachment <br /> <br />permit to allow some of the docks to encroach upon the City owned waterway. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Encroachment Permit, entitled "Grant of Encroachment <br />Permit to Kaufman & Broad (Waterway-California Harbor Court)" for the <br />encroachment of docks upon the City owned waterway (form dated 10/29/96) <br />pursuant to which Kaufman & Broad, the owner of the property known as the <br />California Harbor Court, being a subdivision of Lot 1, as shown on that certain <br />map entitled Lakeside Subdivision unit No. 3, 126 of Maps at pages 21 through <br /> <br />Reso-37 <br />G:/shared/Redwood/Council <br />05/09/96 <br />FXS:rg <br /> <br /> <br />
