o R ~ c x ~ A L 10/28/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12943 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE MARINA SEWER PUMP STATION REHABILITATION; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Marina Sewer Pump Station <br />Rehabilitation Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Marina Sewer Pump Station Rehabilitation Project - City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br />Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of <br />the City Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
