DES:djk 09/25/96 (048/37) <br /> 10/21/96 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12934 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR <br /> GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 (REDWOOD SHORES) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Property Tax <br />Assessment Services for General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />(Redwood Shores)" (form dated 09/25/96), by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Charles B. Warren, ASA, a copy of which agreement <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City M~nager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 12934 <br /> <br /> <br />
