0 R I G I N A L 10/7/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12931 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> READVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS RELATING TO EXPANSION <br /> JOINT ASSEMBLIES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CITY HALL <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the construction of the City Hall of the <br />City of Redwood City located at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br />California, have heretofore been approved by this Council and with certain <br />exceptions, bids for the various items therein described have been awarded; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, bids for that certain item described as Expansion Joint <br />Assemblies in said documents were rejected; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to authorize and direct the City Clerk to <br />readvertise for bids for the work to be performed under Specifications Section <br /> <br />05805 - Expansion Joint Assemblies of said Contract Documents; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to readvertise for bids for <br />that certain item described in the aforesaid Contract Documents under <br />Specifications Section 05805 - Expansio~ Joint Assemblies. <br /> <br /> Reso-089 <br /> Shared/Redwood/Council/Reso <br /> FXS:djk <br /> 10/02/96R <br /> <br /> <br />
