12/18/00 <br />ORIOIN.AL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14109 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />SERVICES RELATING TO PREPARATION OF BAIR ISLAND <br />ROAD SPECIFIC PLAN <br />(ROMA DESIGN GROUP) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires preliminary investigation <br />work related to the preparation of the Specific Plan for the Bair Island Road area <br />in the City of Redwood City (the `Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting services; and <br />WHEREAS, Roma Design Group of San Francisco, California, represents <br />that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br />services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services — Bair Island Road" (form dated 12/13/00), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Roma <br />Design Group, for the performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Reso -1058 1 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />12/13/00 <br />
