<br />ATTACHMENT 3 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1130-339 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AMENDING ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO. 13 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, <br />TO REZONE PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE SEQUOIA <br />HOSPITAL PRECISE PLAN AREA, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS <br />ORDINANCE, FROM THE EXISTING ZONING DISTRICTS TO THE <br />PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on July 10, 2007, the Planning <br /> <br />Commission of the City of Redwood City recommended to the City Council, the <br /> <br />rezoning of the properties located within the Sequoia Hospital Precise Plan Area, from <br /> <br />the existing Professional Office (PO) Zoning District (properties identified as Assessor's <br /> <br />Parcel Nos. 058-060-080, -100, -110, -140, and -150, and 058-040-090) and Single <br /> <br />Family Residential (R-1 and R-10) Zoning District (properties identified as Assessor's <br /> <br />Parcel Nos. 058-060-020, -030, -040, -160, 058-040-060, and 058-102-110), as shown <br /> <br />on Exhibit "A" a map entitled "Existing Zoning Map", to the Planned Community (P) <br /> <br />Zoning District, as shown on Exhibit "B", a map entitled "Proposed Precise Plan Zoning <br /> <br />Map", both maps are attached hereto and incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, having reviewed the recommendation of the Planning <br /> <br />Commission and having considered the evidence received at the public hearing duly <br /> <br />noticed and held for said proposed rezoning, finds that the proposed rezoning is in the <br /> <br />public interest and consistent with the purposes of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Atty/Ord/Ord.286 <br />082107 <br /> <br />Ord 1130-339 <br />formerly muff # 613 <br />
