<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> <br />September 10, 2007 <br />MO. 07-170 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: September 11, 2007 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Finance Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Request for Proposals (RFP) for Solid Waste, Recyclable <br />Materials, and Organic Materials Collection Services <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 8A (803) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on September 10, 2007. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and <br />Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS FoustlBain to (1) approve the contract terms detailed in he SBWMA's <br />August 2, 2007 draft uniform franchise agreement for solid waste, recyclable <br />materials, and organic materials collection services; (2) approve the scope of <br />services in the SBWMA's August 2, 2008 draft RFP for the operation of the <br />Shoreway Recycling and Disposal Center (SRDC); (3) approve the contract <br />terms in the SBWMA's August 2, 2007 draft agreement for the operation of the <br />SRDC; and (4) acknowledge receipt of the report on the proposed renovation <br />and expansion of the SRDC. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br />~. ~,:.. ~ ) S .~.......
