O R I G I N A L 9/23/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12912 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR ADULT DAY SUPPORT SERVICES FOR <br /> REDWOOD CITY SENIORS <br /> <br /> (CATHOLIC CHARITIES ADULT DAY CENTER) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Catholic Charities Adult Day Center ("Contractor") conducts <br />an adult day support services program for residents of the City of Redwood City <br />(the "Program"); and ,, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br />conduct the Program during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1996, and <br />ending June 30, 1997; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and <br />desires to allocate to Contractor, the sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000) <br />from its Community Development Block Grant funds for the foregoing purposes; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement providing for such funding has been presented <br />to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br /> <br />agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Adult Day Suppod <br /> Services for Redwood City Seniors," (form dated 09/06/96), by and between the <br /> <br /> <br />
