0 R I G I N A L 9/16/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12897 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING LIDO NEIGHBORHOOD SPECIFIC <br /> PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12023, adopted July 26, 1993, <br /> this Council adopted a specific plan entitled, "Lido Neighborhood - Redwood <br /> Shores - Draft Specific Plan - Redwood City 1991" and the "Addendum to the <br /> 1991 Draft Specific Plan" to guide the future development of the Lido <br /> Neighborhood within the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing duly noticed <br /> and held, and upon recommendation of the Housing and Human Concerns <br /> Committee of the City of Redwood City, has forwarded to this Council its <br /> recommendation that said amendment to the Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan <br /> be adopted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and held, <br /> <br /> desires to amend the Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan in the manner proposed; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan, more particularly described <br /> <br />in that document entitled, "Lido Neighborhood - Redwood Shores - Draft Specific <br />Plan - Redwood City 1991", and the "Addendum to the 1991 Draft Specific Plan", <br />iS, and shall be, amended to provide not less than 20 two-bedroom rental <br />housing units within Parcel 7 that are affordable to households earning below the <br /> <br />Reso-067 <br />DES:djk <br />08/28/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
