DES:d"-08/07/96 (029/42) <br /> DES:ds 08/28/96R <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 9/16/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12887 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF LIDO <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD UNIT NO. 2, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT THEREOF; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO <br /> DEDICATE EASEMENTS AND STREETS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of easements and streets described therein) entitled, <br />"Lido Neighborhood Unit No. 2", prepared by Bohley Maley <br />Associates, and the Improvement Plans prepared by Bohley Maley <br />Associates, Consulting Civil Engineers, consultants for Redwood <br />Shores Properties, a California joint venture general <br />partnership, whose general partners are KG Shores Corporation, a <br />California corporation and KG Peninsula Shores Corporation, a <br />California corporation, the owners of record of said subdivision, <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br /> <br />
