ORIGINAL <br /> (08/26/96) <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12868 <br /> <br /> Reaolution Approving And Authorizing Execution Of <br /> Agreement With Family Service Agency <br /> <br /> WHEREAS. Family Service Agency is a private, non-profit agency that provides Iow cost <br />individual and family counseling to local families, and a wide range of social services to meet the <br />changing needs of all generations; and <br /> WHEREAS, Family Service Agency, has requested financial assistance for use by it in <br />conducting its activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1. 1996 and ending June 30, <br />1997; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to pay to <br /> Family Service Agency a private, non-profit agency the sum of Three Thousand and No/100 <br /> Dollars ($3,000) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Family Service Agency <br /> has been presented to this council and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve the <br /> same; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOO CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement (torm dated 8/26/96), by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> and Family Service Agency a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
