Waive an irregularity and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />agreement for the purchase of one new 2020 model year utilities service truck in the <br />amount of $103,130.76 from Golden Gate Truck Center of Oakland, California <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2018-19 budget to <br />increase the General Fund budget for the Downtown Development Program of the Parks <br />Recreation and Community Services Department of by $100,000 to cover the cost of the <br />above vehicle purchase <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />�� ^� <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
