8/26/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12858 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT FOR MODULAR <br /> OFFICE BUILDING RELATING TO CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br /> (MOBILE MODULAR MANAGEMENT CORPORATION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12417 adopted February 27, <br />1995, the City of Redwood City entered into a Lease Agreement with Mobile <br />Modular Management Corporation, the term of which commenced Mamh 13, <br />1995, (the "Lease Agreement"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Lease Agreement, the City leases a modular <br />building for temporary office purposes during the construction of the new City <br />Hall; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City requires an extension of the term of the Lease <br />Agreement in order to accommodate the adjusted construction schedule of the <br />new City Hall; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an addendum to the Lease Agreement entitled "Lease <br />Addendum" providing for a ten-month extension of the term of the Lease <br />Agreement has been presented to, and reviewed by this Council; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain Lease Addendum dated as of July 18, 1996, by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California, and Mobile Modular Management Corporation extending the term of <br /> <br /> <br />
