(CherryRoad), Core <br />Business Technologies (Core), and ADP for New Financial and Human Capital <br />Management (HCM) Software and Services as part of the City's Enterprise Resource <br />Planning (ERP) replacement <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.F. (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on May 20, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Hale to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />CherryRoad, for the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and <br />Human Capital Management cloud software suite, for a contract amount of $4,889,068, and <br />authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary for additional <br />support and services, up to 10% of the agreement amount, not to exceed $5,377,975, for a <br />five-year term. The agreement contains an annual renewal provision after the initial five-year <br />term ranging from $395,514 to $428,117 per year. Staff's intent is to return to the City Council <br />for approval of an additional five-year term, pending successful implementation. <br />Motion passes 6-0 by electronic vote with Vice Mayor Howard absent. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
