DES:dj¥ 08/08/96 (030/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/26/96 <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12854 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR MYRTLE <br /> STREET/PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for Myrtle Street/Parking Lot <br />Improvements project in the City of Redwood City, California, <br />have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for Myrtle Street/Parking Lot Improvements - City of Redwood <br />City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
