~ R I G I N A L DES:dj~ 08/09/96 (033/42) <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I O N N O. 12851 8/26/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR <br /> 1996 WATER RESERVOIR REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br /> (BAY AREA COATING CONSULTANT SERVICES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the rehabili- <br />tation of water reservoirs (storage tanks) in various locations <br />throughout the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional consulting and inspection services; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bay Area Coating Consultant Services of Modesto, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting and Inspection Services - 1996 Water Reservoir <br />Rehabilitation Project" (form dated 08/09/96), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Bay Area Coating Consultant Services, for the~ <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
