DES:dj~ 08/09/96 (032/42) <br /> <br /> O-R I G I N A L 8/26/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12850 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES RELATING TO THE <br /> BROADWAY SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> (FREEDMAN, TUNG & BOTTOMLEY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to reconstruct <br />the Broadway sidewalks in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional urban design services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Freedman, Tung & Bottomley of San Francisco, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Consulting <br />Services - Broadway Sidewalk Improvement Project" (form dated <br />08/09/96), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and Freedman, Tung & <br />Bottomley of San Francisco, California, for the performance of <br />the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br /> <br /> <br />
