(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />June 10, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur and Reddy <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve and authorize City Manager to execute: <br />1. Amendment to Agreement for Professional Services with CSG Consultants, Inc. in the amount of <br />$600,000 for a total contract of $1,200,000 for building inspection and plan review services, extend <br />the agreement for one year, and make miscellaneous changes to the underlying agreement; <br />2. Amendment to Agreement for Professional Services with Shums Coda & Associates, Inc. in the <br />amount of $600,000 for a total contract of $1,200,000 for building inspection and plan review services, <br />extend the agreement for one year, and make miscellaneous changes to the underlying agreement; <br />3. Amendment to Agreement for Professional Services with TRB + Associates, Inc. in the amount of <br />$600,000 for a total contract of $1,200,000 for building inspection and plan review services, extend <br />the agreement for one year, and make miscellaneous changes to the underlying agreement; <br />4. Amendment to Agreement for Professional Services with West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. in the <br />amount of $2,000,000 for a total contract of $3,550,000 for building inspection and plan review <br />services, extend the agreement for one year, and make miscellaneous changes to the underlying <br />agreement; <br />5. Amendment to Agreement for Professional Services with Interwest Consulting Group to extend the <br />agreement for one year for building inspection and plan review services and make miscellaneous <br />changes to the underlying agreement; and <br />6.
