DES:d~ 07/25/96 (025/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/12/96 <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12842 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL <br /> SERVICES CENTER PAINTING PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Municipal Services <br />Center painting project in the City of Redwood City, California, <br />have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for Municipal Services Center Painting Project - City of Redwood <br />City, California", prepared by the Public Works Services <br />Department, a copy of which documents are on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
