0 R I G I N A L 7/29/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12836 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR FABRICATION <br /> AND INSTALLATION OF TAPESTRY <br /> <br /> (HELEN WEBBER DESIGNS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to erect a tapestry (the <br />"Tapestry") at the Red Morton community Center, 1120 Roosevelt Avenue, <br />Redwood City, California (the "Site"); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the services to be rendered by erecting the <br />Tapestry, the City requires professional services which are considered a sole <br />source for the requested artwork; and <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Fabrication and <br />Installation of Tapestry at the Red Morton Community Center" (form dated <br />07/10/96R), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of Califomia and Helen Webber Designs of San Francisco, for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />G:',shared~Redwood <br />Reso-50 <br />FXS:fv <br />07/10/96R <br /> <br /> <br />
