DES:djk 07/02/96 (010/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 7/29/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12828 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO THE REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY WIDENING PROJECT <br /> <br /> (BRIAN KANGAS FOULK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to widen Redwood <br />Shores Parkway from four (4) to six (6) lanes from Twin Dolphin <br />Drive to the extension of Shoreline Drive in the City of Redwood <br />City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Consulting <br />Engineering Services - Redwood Shores Parkway Widening Project" <br />(form dated 07/02/96), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Brian Kangas <br />Foulk of Redwood City, California, for the performance of the <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br /> <br /> <br />
