DES:dj~' 07/17/96 (021/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 7/29/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12826 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> COMPREHENSIVE STREET TREE MAINTENANCE PROJECT - <br /> 1996-1997; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Comprehensive Street <br />Tree Maintenance Project 1996-1997 in the City of Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for the Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project - 1996-1997 <br />- City of Redwood City, CA", prepared by the Public Works <br />Services Department, a copy of which documents are on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
