DES:djk 07/17/96 (020/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 7/29/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12823 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> 1996-1997 COST SHARED SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1996-1997 cost shared <br />sidewalk repair project in the City of Redwood City, California, <br />have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for the 1996-1997 Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project - City of <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br />Community Development, Engineering Division for the Public Works <br />Services Department, a copy of which documents are on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
