(205) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on August 26, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Masur/Aguirre to: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to draft, and the Mayor to sign, a letter on behalf <br />of the City Council requesting Caltrain to consider adjustments to the Go Pass Program to <br />provide greater flexibility and increased program participation, and <br />2.
