<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> <br />October 22. 2007 <br />MO. 07-188 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 23, 2007 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Finance Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Conform Business License Ordinance to California State Law <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.3A (305) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 22,2007. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and <br />Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Howard/Aguirre to introduce Ordinance Amending business license <br />ordinance, section 32.133, to conform to Health and Safety Code section <br />1596.803 (b) (2) to exempt small family day care homes that provide child care <br />for eight (8) or fewer children, and repealing section 32.154 (Adjustments) as this <br />section has been nullified by Proposition 218. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 32.133 AND REPEALING SECTION 32.154 OF <br />CHAPTER 32, ARTICLE V.
