(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on September 9, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Hale/Masur to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for <br />professional services with Gilbane Building Company for project management and inspection <br />services in an amount not to exceed $2,916,044, and authorize the City Manager to increase <br />the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% above the original contract amount, for a total <br />amount not to exceed $3,207,648. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by electronic vote with Vice Mayor Howard recused and <br />abstained. <br />'� `z <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
