Approve Final Map No. 2018-002, the Subdivision Map for the 515 Cleveland Street <br />development at Cleveland and Harrison; <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an improvement agreement with <br />Harrison, L.P; <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance agreement <br />with Harrison, L.P; and <br />4.
