.DES:d~~- 05/16/96 (115/41) <br />· ..~R I G I N A L _ 6/10/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12793 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT A OF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12622 RELATING TO THE SALARY AND WAGE <br /> PLAN FOR EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, BY <br /> ADDING THE POSITIONS OF EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT; PROVIDING FOR THE SALARIES <br /> FOR SAID POSITIONS; AND DELETING THE POSITION OF <br /> SECRETARY TO CITY MANAGER <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> t. Section 1 of Resolution No. 12622 entitled, "Resolution <br /> Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications <br /> Represented by the Redwood City Management Employees <br /> Association", adopted October 30, 1995, is hereby amended by <br /> adding to the list of employment classifications set out therein <br /> the positions of Executive Assistant and Administrative <br /> Assistant; and deleting the position of Secretary to City <br /> Manager. <br /> <br /> 2. Exhibit A to the aforesaid Resolution No. 12622 is <br /> hereby amended by adding thereto the salary schedule for the <br /> positions of Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant as <br /> set forth in Exhibit "A-3", attached hereto, and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein; and by deleting therefrom the <br /> position of Secretary to City Manager. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its <br /> adoption; provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in <br /> Exhibit A-3 for the positions of Executive Assistant and <br /> Administrative Assistant shall be operative retroactively from <br /> and after December 1, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
