_ DES:r,._ 05/14/96 (RC-O09) <br /> 0 R I O I N A L 6/10/96 <br /> <br /> R ESOLUT/ON NO. 12792 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ADMININSTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES <br /> <br /> (CITY/COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Administrative Support <br />Services for City/County Association of Governments", (form dated 04/30/96), by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />Califomia and the City/County Association of Govemments of San Mateo County <br />("C/CAG"), providing for administrative support services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
