07/12/2010 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15036 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010- <br />2011 FOR THE REDWOOD SHORES LANDSCAPE <br />MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1995 -1 AND REQUESTING <br />THAT THE COUNTY CONTROLLER LEVY THE ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS, on July 28, 1997, voters in the Redwood Shores Landscape <br />Maintenance District No. 1995 -1 approved by majority vote the levy of annual <br />assessments in accordance with the approved assessment formula; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Council hereby approves the proposed assessments set forth in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto, for Fiscal Year 2010 -2011 for the Redwood Shores <br />Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995 -1. <br />2. The City Council requests that the County Controller include the assessments <br />shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto, in the County tax bills and further authorizes the <br />County Tax collector to collect the assessments at the same time and in the same <br />manner as taxes are collected. <br />ATTY /RESO /RESO.2028 #15036 <br />063010 MUFF # 507 <br />
