08/22/2011 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15137 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY'S <br /> CLASSIFICATION PLAN TO REVISE THE POSITION OF HUMAN <br /> RESOURCES TECHNICIAN <br /> WHEREAS, the needs of the Human Resources Department have evolved and <br /> an evaluation of the department's Human Resources Technician job classification has <br /> been completed; and <br /> WHEREAS, based on the analysis, it was determined that it would be <br /> appropriate to revise the classification to reflect the current duties of the incumbent and <br /> needs of the organization; and <br /> WHEREAS, the revised classification of Human Resources Technician <br /> classification was prepared by Human Resources to ensure it meets the foreseeable <br /> needs of the organization; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
