o�roai2o i 2 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15204 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY MANAGER <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to its authority, the Redwood City Council periodically <br /> determines whether to make adjustments to the City Manager's salary and <br /> compensation plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Redwood City Council has conducted its annual perFormance <br /> evaluation of the City Manager and wishes to acknowledge his contribution to the <br /> organization in the performance of his duties as City Manager; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The base compensation for the position of City Manager shall be <br /> retroactively increased by the sum of four percent (4%) effective the first <br /> day of the first pay period following April 11 2012; and <br /> 2.
