11/19/2012 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15231 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> APPROVING A POLICY REGARDING GUIDE TO CITY COUNCIL <br /> COMMUNICATION & BUSINESS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council's commitment to integrity as a core value is <br /> reflected and enhanced through public participation and civic engagement, which the <br /> City Council encourages and welcomes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed guide describes how the City Council conducts its <br /> business, as well as the rights and the obligations of individuals who wish to speak <br /> during City Council meetings. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
