PEHRSON) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires completion of the <br /> Citywide sidewalk condition, street tree inventory and database <br /> project in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br /> City requires professional consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Thomas J. Pehrson, Urban Forestry Consultant of E1 <br /> Sobrante, California represents that it is qualified on the basis <br /> of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br /> required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br /> Consulting Services - Citywide Sidewalk Condition, Street Tree <br /> Inventory and Database Project" (form dated 05/29/96), by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br /> State of California and Thomas J. Pehrson, for the performance of <br /> the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br /> and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br /> agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
