04/13/2015 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15403 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY ADOPTING THE INITIAL STUDY CHECKLIST AND NEGATIVE <br /> DECLARATION FOR AMENDMENTS TO HILLSIDE REGULATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, this Zoning Ordinance Amendment is composed of changes to the <br /> RH and R-1 Zoning District Regulations, Architectural Permit Regulations, and Public <br /> Notice Regulations; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 7, 2014, the Planning Commission held a public hearing <br /> to hear public testimony and provide direction on potential changes to the regulations; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 20, 2015, the Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing to consider staff-recommended changes to the regulations and provide <br /> direction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 3, 2015, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to <br /> consider staff-recommended changes to the regulations and provide direction; and <br /> WHEREAS, after the duly noticed public hearing, the Planning Commission <br /> considered and found that the draft Initial Study and Negative Declaration are adequate <br /> and comply with CEQA; and <br /> WHEREAS, a notice of public hearing on the final Initial Study and Negative <br /> Declaration was mailed to potentially affected properties within the City and properties <br /> within 300 feet and duly published in the Daily News 10 days prior to the public hearing; <br /> and <br /> ATTY/RES0.3075/CC RESO ADOPTING INITIAL STUDY-NEG.
