10/12/2015 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15449 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AMENDING THE CITY'S CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY <br /> PLAN TO ESTABLISH THE CLASSIFICATION OF PARKING AND <br /> TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGER <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager requested that a new classification be established <br /> to meet the current and future operational needs for the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Human Resources prepared the classification specifications in <br /> consultation with department management to ensure the foreseeable needs of the <br /> organization were met; and <br /> WHEREAS, Human Resources staff conducted salary studies and met and <br /> conferred with the Redwood City Management Employees' Association, and reached <br /> agreement on the recommended salary ranges as listed in Exhibit "A." <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby <br /> incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> 2.
