October 17, 2016 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15528 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING A <br /> CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR <br /> THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND REPEALING OVERSIGHT BOARD <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15366 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of Redwood City as follows : <br /> 1 . Adoption . That the Code entitled "Conflict of Interest Code of the <br /> Oversight Board for the Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment <br /> Agency" is hereby approved and adopted as set forth in Exhibit "A", along with <br /> attached Appendix "1 " , incorporated herein by reference in which Officials are <br /> designated herein and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> 2 . Effective Date. The adoption of this Code shall be effective <br /> immediately. <br /> 3 . Filing of Resolution .
