06/25/2018 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15686 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 15462 REGARDING THE CITY'S <br />AFFORDABLE HOUSING IMPACT FEE TO UPDATE CROSS <br />REFERENCES <br />WHEREAS, on June 25, 2018, the City Council adopted an ordinance (the <br />"Ordinance") adding Zoning Ordinance Article 29 (Requirements for Affordable Housing) <br />and repealing and replacing Zoning Ordinance Section 32.19 (Affordable Housing <br />Density Bonuses); and <br />WHEREAS, the Ordinance also incorporated the provisions of Municipal Code <br />Chapter 18, Article XVII (Affordable Housing Impact Fee) into new Zoning Ordinance <br />Article 29; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 7, 2015, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br />15462 (attached hereto for convenience as Exhibit A) establishing housing impact fees <br />as specified therein; and <br />WHEREAS, with the adoption of the Ordinance, certain cross references in <br />Resolution No. 15462 require updating. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby <br />incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2.
