__ DES:e,_ 05/16/96 (RC-010) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/3/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12781 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THE JEFFERSON AVENUE GRADE <br /> SEPARATION PROJECT <br /> <br /> (PENINSULA CORRIDOR JOINT POWERS BOARD) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board - <br />Service Agreement 'Additional Authorization'", by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and the <br />Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board, a public agency of the State of <br />California, providing services for the Jefferson Avenue Grade Separation Project <br />in the City of Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
