DES~djk 05/15/96 (050/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/3/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12775 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT A OF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12622 RELATING TO THE SALARY AND WAGE <br /> PLAN FOR EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, BY <br /> ADDING THE POSITIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST, HUMAN <br /> RESOURCES TECHNICIAN, EMPLOYEE BENEFITS COORDINATOR, <br /> TRAINING AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COORDINATOR <br /> ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST; AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE SALARIES FOR SAID POSITIONS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 12622 entitled, "Resolution <br />Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications <br />Represented by the Redwood City Management Employees <br />Association", adopted October 30, 1995, is hereby amended by <br />adding to the list of employment classifications set out therein <br />the positions of Human Resources Analyst, Human Resources <br />Technician, Employee Benefits Coordinator, Training and Equal <br />Employment Opportunity Coordinator and Organizational Development <br />Specialist. <br /> <br /> 2. Exhibit A to the aforesaid Resolution No. 12622 is <br />hereby amended by adding thereto the salary schedule for the <br />positions of Human Resources Analyst, Human Resources Technician, <br />Employee Benefits Coordinator, Training and Equal Employment <br />Opportunity Coordinator and Organizational Development Specialist <br />as set forth in Exhibit "A-2", attached hereto, and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its <br />adoption; provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in <br /> <br /> <br />
