1/10/00 <br />ORI � I.ICIL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13808 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY <br />MANAGER <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The compensation for the position of City Manager is hereby <br />amended by revising the salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" (commencing <br />from and after May 11, 1999) which Exhibit is attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br />2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions <br />of employment for the position of City Manager shall include those provisions <br />established for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications <br />set forth in that certain document entitled, "Summary of Benefits, May 1, 1997 - <br />April 30, 2000," a copy of which is on file in the office of the Director of Human <br />Resources, except to the extent otherwise provided by letters of agreement <br />dated November 13, 1991, November 2, 1994, November 8, 1995, and June 8, <br />1998, and subsequent amendments thereto not in conflict with the provisions <br />hereof. <br />3. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; <br />provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in Exhibit A shall be operative <br />retroactively from and after May 11, 1999. <br />Reso -795 <br />DES:djk <br />F: /Shared /Redwood /Council <br />12115199 <br />
