2/14/00 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13830 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A BAY <br />TRAIL IN REDWOOD SHORES <br />(CALIFORNIA STATE COASTAL CONSERVANCY) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Standard Agreement (Contract Number <br />99- 037)," by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California and the State of California, a copy of which agreement is <br />on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -825 <br />F \S h a red /Redwood /Co u nci I <br />FXS:djk <br />02/07/00 <br />
