4/10/00 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13873 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A OF RESOLUTION NO. <br />13133, ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND <br />RELATED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF <br />EMPLOYMENT WITH THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT <br />CLASSIFICATIONS, TO REVISE THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR <br />THE POSITION OF FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Exhibit A of Resolution No. 13133 entitled, 'Resolution Establishing <br />and Adopting Salary and Related Compensation Plans for Positions of <br />Employment with the City of Redwood City Included in the Executive <br />Management Classifications, and Rescinding Resolution No. 12689", adopted <br />July 14, 1997, is hereby amended by revising the salary schedule for the position <br />of Finance Director as set forth in Exhibit "A-2" hereof (commencing from and <br />after October 11, 1999 for said position) attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br />2.
