4/24/00 <br />ORIGINAL <br />R E -SQLNTIQN NQ. 13881 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />LEASE AGREEMENT FOR XEROX COPIER <br />(XEROX CORPORATION) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Lease Agreement ", by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br />Xerox Corporation, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto marked Exhibit <br />"A" hereof, and by this reference incorporated herein, providing for a 60 month <br />lease of a 5100A Xerox copier for the City Clerk's Department, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement <br />substantially in the form of Exhibit A and /or such other appropriate documents to <br />effectuate the purpose of said agreement (in form approved by the City Attorney) <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />DES:djk <br />Reso -866 <br />P /Sha red /Redwood /Council /Reso. <br />04/13/00 <br />
