0RIGINAL 6/5/00 RESOLUTION NO. 13907 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF ONE MAPLE STREET SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; ABANDONING AND VACATING A PORTION OF FRANKLIN STREET; ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE MAPLE STREET, FRANKLIN STREET AND EASEMENTS; AND ELIMINATING PHYSICAL ACCESS FROM LATHROP STREET TO MAPLE STREET. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final subdivision map (including abandoning and vacating a portion of Franklin Street and dedications of a street and easements described therein) entitled, "One Maple Street Subdivision ", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, consultants for Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: a. Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ( "City ") for recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of One Maple Street Subdivision ", (form dated 5/31/OOR) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time specified in said Agreement, all Reso -896 1 R S h a red /Redwood /C o u n ci l AK:djk 05/22/00 5/31/OOR
