O R I G I N A L 6/5/00 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13909 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE SHEARWATER/SEACREST ACCESS PATH <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Shearwater /Seacrest Access <br />Path Improvements Project in the City of Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Shearwater /Seacrest Access Path Improvements Project - City of Redwood <br />City, California ", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br />Services /Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office the of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby <br />approved. <br />2.
