O R I G I N A L — <br />RESOLUTION NO. 113920 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF PACIFIC SHORES <br />CENTER SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO <br />DEDICATE EASEMENTS, AND ACCEPTING SEAPORT BOULEVARD FOR <br />PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES <br />6/12/00 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedications of easements and public <br />street described therein) entitled, "Pacific Shores Center Subdivision ", prepared by Bohley <br />Consulting Civil Engineers, consultants for Pacific Shores Development, LLC, a Delaware <br />Limited Liability Company, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by <br />the Manager, Engineering and Construction, as conforming to the tentative map for said <br />subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ( "City ") for <br />recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Pacific <br />Shores Center', (form dated 06/09/OOR) wherein Owner, in consideration for the <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions <br />of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />-1- <br />SA/RWC /Council <br />RESO- 906.doc <br />FXS /fs <br />
