6/12/00 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13923 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY CLERK, <br />AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13584 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The compensation for the position of City Clerk is hereby amended by <br />revising the salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions <br />of employment for the position of City Clerk shall include those provisions <br />established for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications <br />set forth in that certain document entitled, "City of Redwood City — Executive <br />Management - Summary of Benefits - Effective May 1, 2000," except to the <br />extent modified by letter agreement dated March 5, 1999 by and between the <br />City of Redwood City and Patricia Howe, copies of which are on file in the office <br />of the Director of Human Resources. <br />3.
