6/26/00 <br />0RIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13934 <br />RESOL TION REMOVING RESTRICTION FROM TITLE; <br />AUTHO (ZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED; AND <br />DIREC ING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID QUIT CLAIM <br />DEED R RECORDATION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1913 of the City of Redwood City, <br />adopted August 15, 1955, the City of Redwood City sold the property generally <br />described as a portion of Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Homestead Addition, as more <br />particularly des�cribed on Exhibit "A," attached hereto (the Property "); and <br />WHERE S, Resolution No. 1913 and the deed conveying the Property <br />provide that no construction of any kind shall be placed on the property <br />conveyed withc ut the express consent of the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />(the "Restriction"); and <br />WHERE S, this Council desires to remove the Restriction from the title to <br />the Property. <br />NOW, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS <br />1. This (Council hereby finds that the Restriction is of no further use or <br />purpose to the <br />2.
